    Completed Cross Stitch - Circlet or Wreath
    Pretty Pansies
    I cannot find this pattern in her booklets, etc, so not certain where my mother sourcedit.  She did not sign it.  Stitched area is 9 1/4” square, the fabric is 15’ x 16”.  Such tight stitches, I showed the back of the piece just to show off my mother’s skill.  ;-)
    We will be listing many completed cross stitch embroidery pieces over the next several weeks.  These were done by my mother over the past 60+ years.  It was one of her favorite hobbies and she was still making them until last year when her health forbade it.  We came across over 100 pieces, stored in a few different tubs and some that were framed.  Although we selected favorites for her daughters and granddaughters, there are plenty to share with you.  Some are signed, some are not.  She used kits as well as patterns out of books. Some she my have purchased while living in Gettysburg.  I will list the sizes, etc, but I am clearly not an expert, so if you have any questions, please ask.  Thank you for looking.
