DESCRIPTION

All my pictures are cross-stitched by my mother.  She did an exceptional job.  You can tell how well a cross-stitched is done by looking at the back. They have never been framed or hung. There are no stains or markings of any kind.  Our pictures are cross-stitched up to1-inch from the border, including any white you may see in the background (the “whites” are cross-stitched on as well).  The 1-inch borders allow pictures to be framed without getting covered.  Because every space is cross-stitched, it also prevents pictures from turning an “old yellow”.  This occurs when keeping pictures for a relatively long period of time.
Item will be rolled and placed into a mailing tube.  Frames are not included.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We allow returns within 30 days of date received for money back. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the return for the refund to be completed. If an item is sold “New with Tags” it must have all tags present.  All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping
SHIPPING IS NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED TO BE ON TIME, AND IT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. TRACKING WILL BE PROVIDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Items will normally be shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. This does not include, weekends, holidays, and if we are out of town. Please carefully check the listing page to see any extended handling time and estimated time of arrival. As soon as item is shipped out, a tracking # will be sent to the email address provided by PayPal or eBay.
Shipping to an address other than the one provided by the PayPal account must be informed to us prior to payment. We are not liable for any lost mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to U.S. economic embargoes or restrictions, we may not be able to ship to some countries. In the event we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and your payment refunded. Orders shipping to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, as well as delivery delays due to required customs clearance procedures. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility.
International shipments that are refused will be subject to package abandonment and will not be eligible for any refunds.
Returns are not accepted for International Buyer’s.
We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Payment
PAYPAL is our preferred method of payment. It’s the safest, most secure way to send money through eBay. It also keeps both the buyer and seller protected through eBay’s buyer & seller protection program. Allow 3-4 business days for e-checks to clear before we send out the item.
Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end. New buyers are welcome.
Please note that eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) if an item is not paid within 16 days.

Please note color may differ slightly from the color shown in the photo due to lighting. Photos shown are of actual item. Please examine and zoom in carefully as flaws may not be visible from afar. We do our best to identify and disclose all flaws through pictures and/or descriptions, however…we are only human.
All pre-owned electronics are tested before listing and RETESTED before packaging. In the event your item does not meet our final quality check inspection, we will notify you and provide a full refund. Buyers are responsible for obtaining unlock codes for Car Audio Players. We will test items whenever possible, however, some items are “untestable” due to limited testing equipment/tools.
