    Description

Chak-chak is an oriental flour cookie made of deep-fried dough pieces mixed with honey syrup. The national culinary product of Bashkirs and Tatars, as well as a dish of Kyrgyz, Uzbeks, Tajiks and neighboring peoples of Bashkiria and Tatarstan — Russians of the Southern Urals and Kazakhs of northwestern Kazakhstan.
Beat the eggs with salt, add flour and knead a soft dough. Roll out into thin bundles and divide into short segments the size of beans. Deep-fried. After cooling, they are mixed with hot honey syrup and spread out in the form of a slide. The syrup is made from sugar, water and honey.
