This extra virgin olive oil is made with 100% Nocellara del Belice olives which is a Sicilian variety. This oil has a complex taste profile that is well-balanced taste although finishes with a long peppery note. Its predominant aromas are fresh tomato, artichokes, and a hint of almonds. Enjoy this extra virgin olive oil with one of our Cask balsamic vinegars. We highly recommend pairing with our Cask 8 Balsamic vinegar.

This oil is made by sending fresh Rosemary and Garlic with the olives through the presses.
It is great tossed with pasta, on salads, as a sandwich spread, for bread dipping and in marinades. This oil has a smokiness that is sure to add immense depth to any recipe.
