    GSO 2" Dual Speed,Crayford Style Focuser 10:1 used
    Optics are very good to excellent
    condition.
    This Schmidt-Newtonian telescope is well suited to photography or visual Astronomy.
    With its fast (f/4) design it yields a wide field of view and a bright image at the focal plane.
    The design includes a corrector plate which reduces coma to about 1/6 of that of a standard f/4 Newtonian.
    Simple, one-of-a-kind 8” Schmidt-Newtonian package.  The Telescope  Balance is perfect, and motions are smooth. The F/4, 812 mm F. L. Schmidt-Newtonian OTA affords outstanding “rich-field” views of extended objects
    The LXD75 Schmidt-Newtonian configuration is a large and potent scope, capable of some serious deep space observing of nebulae and the like.
    The Schmidt-Newtonian design, because of its special corrector plate, is quite superior to the standard style Newtonian reflector telescope.
    The sharpness of the field off-center is comparatively stellar.
