Vixen 60mm f11.7 refractor telescope guidescope with ringed mount

Description

Vixen refractor telescope/ guidescope with adjustable ring mount for mounting on larger telescopes, etc.  60mm f11.7.  This was part of a larger Vixen refractor set up with this unit serving as guidescope.  Vixens were often not labeled when used in this configuration.  Can be used as a guidescope or as a nice refractor for viewing solar system and deep space objects.  All metal except for front cover, focuser knobs, and nylon screws used in the adjustable rings.  Has front dew cap cover.

on the dew cap cover says
when viewing the sun with a sun filter, remove the cap in the center of the cover to reduce the intensity of the light.
